If I'm out of network for you, tell me!! Don't just say "OK" when I say VSP after you ask me who my insurance is. That leads me to believe you are in network. I deal with eye insurance once a year while you guys deal with it 30 times a day. Don't wait until the customer asks why it was so expensive and say "oh it's cause you are out of network". I feel robbed. Not cool.
This is a great place. The service is top notch, everyone is friendly, they'll try to answer any questions regardless of how they sound, and it's next to the eye glass place. So once you have you subscription, you can easily get your glasses or contacts right away. Give them a call and get your eyes checked. It's worth it.
