38 minutes ago Worst vision company I have ever been to. First, they took me in for my eye appointment 30 min later than my appointment time. Then when I go to pay my bill, my total comes out to be $100. After going back & forth asking them why its that amount when my insurance company covers exams 100%, they tell me that they charge $35 for imaging due to Covid right now. RecommendedNot too long ago, I was in a pickle, some rather pricey eyeglasses I had, with the flexible/spring-loaded temples came off. I use my glasses for driving, and I thought that I could just have the lenses taken out, and install them in another frame. I came into store, and Nikki Nealy-Melendez assisted me.
