Horton’s does not care about service after the sale. After a lot of research we decided to use Horton’s for replacing our flooring. They did the install in a timely manner. About a week after payment in full, we discovered that our guest bathroom toilet had not been properly mounted. We notified them and were told they would fill out a repair order. Nothing since. Matt at the west store was great to work with. He gave us plenty of options in different price ranges. Install was great and we love the new carpet in our basement.
Top notch carpet and service. Matt was able to find us the perfect carpet and carpet pad to fit what we needed. The large variety can be overwhelming, but with the expertise of the staff it made it easy.
We recently had our basement re-done with new carpet and new LVP. Matt was very helpful letting us take samples home to try with new paint colors and even suggested some great styling options we ended up choosing and loving.
