I had water damage in my basement and I visited Horton’s to look at replacing my carpet. Lonnie was great to work with and recommended a few different options within my budget. When I called to schedule the installation, they were able to get me on the calendar quicker than I expected. The installation went smoothly and it’s been a few months and the carpet still looks great.

We had made a custom order for 4 rugs and was told 2 weeks. It was month and a half after several calls and texts. Then we were shorted one piece, after arguing about it they said they would check on it and get back to us and did not. I do not recommend doing business with them. Update: after posting review. The next day they called ad didn't understand why we weren't happy and said they would look into the 4th piece. We had the 4th rug within a few days. I still wouldn't recommend them.

UPDATE: Manager Jesse gave us a very good deal on new carpet and we are satisfied. PREVIOUS REVIEW: We purchased carpeting for several rooms from Hortons 2 1/2 years ago. After four months our new carpet began to look very worn. After a couple months of multiple phone calls and visiting with the manager in person, they sent their carpet guy to our house to look at it.
