I just want to thank the guys who came out to my house this afternoon and I was not prepared. I completely forgot and of course my son’s room was not cleaned up. They said it was ok and scheduled to come back tomorrow morning. I was so embarrassed but they were so understanding and accommodating. Couldn’t thank them enough! We have been using Horton’s for years now and I have nothing but great things to say! Thank you again!

I had water damage in my basement and I visited Horton’s to look at replacing my carpet. Lonnie was great to work with and recommended a few different options within my budget. When I called to schedule the installation, they were able to get me on the calendar quicker than I expected. The installation went smoothly and it’s been a few months and the carpet still looks great.

We had made a custom order for 4 rugs and was told 2 weeks. It was month and a half after several calls and texts. Then we were shorted one piece, after arguing about it they said they would check on it and get back to us and did not. I do not recommend doing business with them. Update: after posting review. The next day they called ad didn't understand why we weren't happy and said they would look into the 4th piece. We had the 4th rug within a few days. I still wouldn't recommend them.
