Don’t waste your time spending money here
We had new carpet installed on March 10, 2020. During installation a fan was broken. The installers took the broken parts with them so they could find replacements. It is now May and nothing has been done. While the price was reasonable and the installers were nice enough and did a good job, I'm not sure I would recommend anyone use Horton's.
Hortons specializes in carpet installed by employee carpet installers.
The only thing we are satisfied with is the actual flooring we chose, but we have to call multiple times to get a returned call and the job is still not finished. This has been a huge headache!
Terrible customer service...had our carpet installed 11/9/18, called a week later with questions/concerns, called 12/31 to see why we haven't heard from anyone, called again 1/7/19, and again on 1/8/19. We are left feeling defeated and scammed....we just want someone to communicate with us.
Tony at Horton's was wonderful and the process was quick from picking carpet to measuring to installation. Found the perfect carpet for our home, answered all of our questions and installation was easy and the guys were professional and efficient!
When you want the best service and best selection of flooring go to Hortons. We purchased carpet for our entire house 2 years ago. We had a few issues with carpet coming up and they promptly took care of us! No issues, no complaints here. We will definitely be doing business with Hortons when we have another carpet job!
