I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.
The staff could use work I think. I've had long phone waits, unfriendly as far as copays. When I first went, I didn't have a check and they didn't take Visa/MC. They do seem better now. Dr. Horsley is friendly and seems thorough and knowledgeable. I've no problem with him. Waits are acceptable but longer.
