I saw Dr. Horsley for over ten years, and kept going back, even referred family members, because I really liked him and think he is very competent and thorough. However, his staff has been consistently rude and unhelpful during the entire period. They were so rude to my daughter, she cried. I mentioned it to Dr. Horsley, and he said, "I know..." I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. The office staff did a terrible job of billing and then acted like it was my fault. I tried many times to correct the info they had, but the billing was always wrong. The reseptionist must be a family member without any worries about her job. I was always treated poorly but kept going because Dr. Horsly seemed like a good and kind Dr. Can't take it any more!

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not that I have seen Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located
