Extremely disappointed with the billnig department. Dr. has no control over the department and the woman in charge makes no effort to correct errors made by her in submitting to insurance. Her first response is to accuse the patient of making the error. She is always rude and cold when discussing insurance issues with patients. She also is not honest when telling the Dr. what the problems are with insurance. Used to love this Dr. Will never return due to his poor choice of person to be in charge of accounts.
