It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. We didn't know we hadn't paid an extra $15 for a visit and never received a bill... And now (not knowing we had a bill) they are making us pay their late fee with their collections department!! Horrible customer service. We would have been happy to pay that small amount had we known. It is not our fault you took no action to find us yourself! Will never go back.

Dr. Horsley and his staff are professional and courteous, they always took the time to answer all my questions, and he was very gentle with my eldery mother. I wish I hadn't had to move out of state as he is the best dermatologist ever!
They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question.
