There's a lot of construction going on right now toward Bear Lake. Waited more than 30mins while 18wheelers went back & forth. Finally gave up.
Stop and watch the elk in the evening! Tons of them in the meadow on the south side of Highway 34.
Make sure you hike the Ouzel Falls Trail. Its a light hike and so beautiful.
Take the drive up Fall River Road. Also, don't miss the view from Mills Lake.
There are elk everywhere this time of year!

Best things to do in the park are hike, look for animals, and drive to the top. Also talk to rangers in the visitor center. They always have great recommendations!
