I would have given 5 stars but sometimes customer service is a little wishie washie,enjoy the food all the times and slot play is getting better luv titan 360.
Fantastic!! I would hope that they (Horseshoe Casino) would take heed of their smoking like Rivers Casino. It would be much more comfortable being there without being overcome with smoke when u walk in. Buffet is excellent!!!

The buffet is excellent at the Horseshoe, I like the wide variety of machines and tables. Excellent customer service !! Always a fun time:))

Went last night for first time this is the worst casino ever. You can smoke in this casino needless to say felt like I was suffocating from all the second haND smoke. It's a very unhealthy environment for the employees. Ashes all over the slots, people literally blow smoke right in your face. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU DONT LIKE BEING IN A BIG ASH TRAY.
