The food selection, food flavor, and wait staff services at the Buffet were excellent. The Buffet food refills were extremely poor; I.E. I spent a little over an hour at the Buffet and the rolls were always empty. I started my meal with soup and salad; Ranch Dressing was empty and never refilled. I return to get my main course and 2 different areas with 3 stations for dinner plates were empty; used a small salad plate for my main course. I continued my day by visiting the Casino.
