Went to my first show at the venue last night. It was a nice time. The staff was very nice and helpful. Had dinner in the buffet and it was the best buffet around. We will be back, thank you for a good night.
For some reason, the Total Rewards and Promotions desk staff are rude and patronizing to gold members. I don't understand how they expect you to even want to move up to their imaginary upper echelons with that nonsense, since you mainly do so by losing. So you can get treatedI like a human being by staff? Right. Apparently, they get to also make up promotions rules as they go along, attitude flying. Crazy. On another note, though, most of the servers, maintenance people, etc. are great.
This is great place to gamble and the food is great for the price. I come for the prime rib and raw oysters! Rico the manager always makes sure my needs are taken care of. Sergio always checks if my food is wonderful. If I have any concerns they always make sure my dinner is perfect. I love coming here because they care for their guest. They understand a happy guest is a returning guest.
We had an amazing time last night. A special thanks to a great manager Rico Vazquez and his wonderful Chef Sergio.

Love the atmosphere at thus place. The staff are always courteous and professional.
Games cool, nice place, The Venue is dope, i saw Nas there this year. Best buffet I ever been to nationwide. I gave it 4 stars only because I haven't seen the hotel rooms yet, and drinks should be complimentary for gamblers, (with a tip for server), and you guys need a 24 hr. OTB room.
Let me see. I think it was great for one thing the people was pretty nice and warm hearted and a lot of good friends.
