Clean spacious and friendly people working there. I do hate the smoking but it's tolerable
I am happy with the new dining options. The Concert was great!
The service was terrible at the buffet. We couldn't get a refill on our drinks the dishes weren't pick up off the tables. Way under staffed. Will not be going there on a Saturday night again.
A little dated looking, but clean and friendly! Great staff, good games, plenty of room to spread out!
Roullette tables cold as ice!... Nice food/beverage court just opened right in the casino. A couple nice bars for watching sporting events too!
The cashier shorted me 200 and the boss called me the next morning to tell me the cashier made a mistake that's real nice of them to do that.
I've been to the Horseshoe twice for concerts. The concert venue is very nice and there's probably not a bad seat in the house. Sound quality is good. Staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. One problem: The casino are is SOOO hopelessly smokey. You must walk though a haze of cigarette smoke in the casino in order to reach the concert venue. During both of our visits, my wife has developed migraine headaches within just a few minutes of exposure. I usually don't mind the smoke that much myself, but this was bad. A mig... read more
I played roulette and the croupier made several mistakes. Gave people the wrong chip colors several times. Not rude but certainly not engaging. The young man at customer service was super friendly and super helpful. Saw several dirty ashtrays on chairs. Wasnt super impressed
