The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is for the sake of the staff! I've been to Horseshoe numerous times and have been treated extremely well( I usually go during the daytime) and will continue. I don't always win, but oh well.... I still have fun. I never have to wait long at all for a drink and the housekeeping staff is just as good. However, I'm quite observant and have noticed how overworked those waitresses are and all the rude people they encounter!!! I went to see Kem at the Horseshoe. I agree with the last post, the seats were great, the sound was excellent and Kem gave an outstanding performance. I'm definitely going to see him again when he returns.
It was a bit too smokey for me but I enjoyed the show immensely!@!
I love the Venue because the seating is good no matter where you sit
The concerts are great I had a comfortable seat and the ventilation is better with all that smoke

I love the Horseshoe for the exception of the SMOKE...it is so thick when you walk in. The Venue is greater staff is great.Will visit again Love the entertainment. .
Very nice casino, employees are very friendly. Valet parking should be for every guest not just the "high rollers "
