It's my second year now with The Cloisters DC a property under Horning Brothers, and it has been a great journey so far. From amazing staff like Darnishe Toland, Michael Douglas, and Raynisea O'Neal to the beautiful property filled with trees and greenery, I have many things to look forward to as I drive home every single day. Kenneth, I’m a resident at the Brittany Commons apartments here in Spotsylvania Va, my address is 10006 Crystal Palace Ln apt 107 I guess no one cares in this company. I submitted work orders and my dryer was replaced with one that doesn’t work at all. A HORRIFIC company! They were our developers for a townhome community in SE DC. They hired Legum and Norman as our management company. Neither party has been responsive/transparent about why (after two+ years) the ownership of our HOA has not been transferred to the paying residents/homeowners. They blame one another and refuse to help our active community of homeowners come up with a solution.
