I am so grateful for Horizons Therapy for Liberation. My spouse and I found Horizons almost 5 years ago when we were transitioning our 19 year relationship to something that better fit who we are now (read: SCARY! I saw a wonderful therapist who helped through a big transition in my life, and the staff was always very kind and helpful. If I come back to North Carolina, I'll definitely continue with them and would recommend them to anyone.
Horizons Therapy for Liberation is a phenomenal practice. Ive been a patient of the practice for several years now, and they've been able to surpass my needs as an individual under various levels of need, as well as offering outstanding couples' therapist care when needed. The therapy given at Horizons is a lifesaver! On first impressions, the office space is super welcoming and it’s a genuinely comfortable environment to decompress in. The therapy I’ve received here has been impactful and has helped me understand this very confusing and stressful world and where I fit in that picture. I’d recommend this practice to anyone who’s looking for a grounding place or someone in your corner; especially if you’re neurodivergent or lgbt!
I did not have a good experience working with two therapists at this facility.
