Horrible food i order all the time a patty melt sandwich on wheat hate rye bread so order tonight got wrong bread before i even got out the door so they slapped wheat bread in a toaster then slapped burger in the middle with onions and cheese gave me same cold ff and the chicken gravy side order was like water and had no flavor hubby got the gyro with extra meat meat was over cooked and burnt and the tomato on it tasted funny old they wear not even full had 4 booths of people is all Sad to see such a great place to get food ... read more
The food was bad today and the server was poor so don't come here after 7
Hubby and I were hungry for breakfast and the first place we think of is Horizon. We have not had a bad meal there yet and the waitresses are very friendly and busy keeping tables clean and customers happy. We love it and will be returning customers.
Longest wait to get food. 43 minutes from time of order to get food. I ordered pancakes and hashbrowns. Ridiculous. Then when food came, pancakes were cold. Asked for new pancakes and waitresses asked if she could just heat up the cold ones in microwave. No one checked on us or offered refills on drinks. Two tables sat after us and got food before us. No one apologized for crappy service, long wait, and cold food. Will NEVER come back. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a resturant.
