I was recently a patient there. No longer as today. I been with them approx 1year and half. I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible care. They don't communicate with u, constantly loosing my Dr orders, I was constantly following up with them. They took to long scheduling my lab orders. When I call there I get staff saying different information on the same subject. I had one staff member completely lie about a problem I had.There office is a mess. I been waiting for 2 months for pt. Elisha for Pt. Seifu was very nice and fully explained how to administer the medications. We really appreciated her patient care.
Can't stand it there. Yeah I think we had that worker Marcelle Turner. If you see her walk the other way.
If only there was an option to leave a negative star. This facility seemed like a decent place to help my mom so we tried it for a while. The care was acceptable until we were dealing with the nurse Marcelle Turner. She told everyone she was a nurse but she was only an LVN. She had no compassion, judgmental, and did not listen to myself or my mother. She overall just had a disgusting attitude and pushed us to get help somewhere else. This is such a truly wonderful group of people—so kind, so genuine, and so deeply caring about their patients. Sherry in HR walked with me through a very frightening moment and made me feel seen, safe, and supported. What she offered was far beyond a job description… it was pure goodness and a beautiful heart in action. Thank you all for your kindness, your compassion, and the love you pour into what you do. :)
