Hannah was great at helping with a real estate purchase.
Called in for service and I was taken care of immediately and Alecia was very carrying and followed up with an email to ensure all my needs were documented.
I called and spoke with Hannah today to resolve 3 separate issues. Hannah was very patient with me while I rebooted my computer. She alerted me that I was sent an email about an error in one of my documents. I took that as being true because I had not checked my email. I corrected the error resent the document and was quickly replied to by operations. I did however go back and check my email and my spam folder and I was NOT contacted by email to notify me that there was an issue in processing my direction of investment.... read more
Customer service was exceptional! The young lady helping me was highly efficient and courteous. I am also pleased with the time it took for them to call me back. Less than 15 minutes! Awesome service.
I really appreciate all of your customer service Agents that help me on the phone when I call in to ask a question that I have. I talked to Rubi the last time on 4/6 she answered all my questions that I had. Rubi was great as always. All your Employees are very professionals to talk to.
