Ive had nothing but good experiences from Horizon trust. The service is so good. It made me want to do what I can to support then .
We are very disappointed with the service and exuberant fees charged for managing a very small **** They are also trying to charge a termination fee of $500.00 for transferring custodial control to another entity. The only time we were able to communicate with them is when they wanted more money for their fees.

I have been with Horizon Trust for about 8 months. I am very new to self-directed accounts and everyone that I have had the pleasure of working with has been extremely helpful. Kelsea has been the main person that has walked me through setting up my account since day 1. She has the patience of a saint and I appreciate her. I am confident my funds are safe with Horizon and would recommend them to anyone.

Don't use this company!! We have used this company for 10+ years, and have had nothing but problems with them. They charge a hefty fee to "house" an account, but do little to ensure accounts are handled efficiently or protected. The company has changed their computer management system at least twice, making it laborious for customers to maintain access to personal account information. I have been with Horizon Trust for 3 years and their customer service is amazing. I have completed several investment transactions and their processing times are the fastest in the industry making my experience a great one. I would recommend Horizon to anyone looking for a fast, reliable custodian.
