I have been with Horizon Trust for about 8 months. I am very new to self-directed accounts and everyone that I have had the pleasure of working with has been extremely helpful. Kelsea has been the main person that has walked me through setting up my account since day 1. She has the patience of a saint and I appreciate her. I am confident my funds are safe with Horizon and would recommend them to anyone.

Skylar was very helpful! She was courteous and very knowledgeable. She answered the phone and was able to answer my question. I didnt have to wait on hold or be transferred 7 times! I appreciated that!

Today felt like the Amazing Race - I had 2 investment properties that needed to be funded and the timeline was tight. I am not a person to panick but I was concerned to say the least. Rubi called and walk me through a few missing pieces that would have delayed the transfer. She kept me and my stakeholders in the loop so nobody felt alone or lost in the 'process.'
