We have been working on transferring funds from Vanguard to Horizon for almost 2 months. It was so ridicules on Vanguards end because they would not send the funds to Horizon Trust! Dana kept up with us, and Vanguard every step of the way. She would make sure to follow up with us even after Horizon stood on hold for hours with Vanguard with zero success. I worked with Celeste today. She is the best. I can't say enough about how helpful... I was a bit stressed when we first talked and within a couple of minutes I was not. She patiently walked me thru my concerns while teaching me. Knowledge is everything.

Over the past few weeks, I have worked with Mercie Davis. She is very proactive and responds quickly to all my questions. We even encountered an issue with my roll over and Mercie took charge and made sure we connected with the other company to fix immediately. Horizon Trust provided a complimentary phone charger, but no instructional literature was provided. I communicated with the operations group, and after several attempts I was provided the link to the instructional video.
