Had to call in to get documents in order for an investment that has been in works...was really thinking about moving our account out of Horizon because I could never get a hold of anyone, or response. After 10 years of being with Horizon trust no one communicates with us. No one returns our calls. We have a significant amount of money there and are transferring all funds to a different Trust company today. However, TYSEN a young man I spoke with in the office today was one of the kindest and most thorough conversations I’ve had in 10 years.
