Alicea was great!!! She is very professional, friendly and patient. She took the time to help me fill out a form that was needed to transfer funds. She answered all my questions. I was having a bad day before my call with Alicea, now my day is going great. Thank you Horizon Trust for having an employee that is so nice to work with.
Skylar was very friendly and professional with me. She addressed the reason why I called and sent me the info I needed to make the next move. I am very appreciative for her effectiveness - took time to explain what I needed to do with the forms and to call back if I need more assistance filling them out.
Lucia was great! We had a number of year-end questions on our account billing which required a review, going back through the entire year. She took time and care to explain every charge to me and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner.
Jessika Soto was excellent with my wife’s and my accounts. This ordeal began about a year ago and due to certain situations on my end, it kept getting delayed. Jessika’s patience was instrumental on getting accounts funded. She was punctual in our appointments and combining that with her professionalism, it gives me peace of mind as there will be more transfer(s) regarding one of my accounts.
