Staff are efficient and knowledgeable. They are also fun and very outgoing. The new inserts have absolutely relieved all the pain that my mother-in-law was having when she walked! HOPE also did the minor adjustments quickly and for free. I'm so glad we found HOPE!

Thank goodness I wasn't waiting on a prosthetic leg!!! I paid upfront for three sets of orthotics, they are hardly covered by insurance unless you're diabetic. I was initially told, and confirmed during my appt, that my orthotics would be available in three weeks. After 4 weeks and no call, I called to learn that Cameron was the only person in the whole office that could tell me about my orthotics. He'd call me when he returned from vacation in a week. Terrible service from HOPE. I had to follow-up multiple times for status. They ordered the wrong PRAFO boot and would not exchange or refund. It seemed like they had never worked with an insurance company before and struggled to answer the most basic questions, I would never go back to HOPE.
