The price is outrageous, and the sales pitch uses price deception. You get 3 pairs of shoe inserts for approximately $1275. 1 pair is a Strengthener, 1 pair Maintainer, and 1 pair a relaxer. They are all plastic inserts. After wearing the Strengthener for about 5 minutes I had back pain and shoulder pain. I immediately removed the insert.
