They don’t like Echo products as my service center… I was told that they would charge me a fee to look at my warranted Echo string trimmer and IF, it was determined that it was a product defect they would honor it. It may take two or three weeks also.. You need your receipt too, who keeps these and what is the purpose of registering them in the first place.
