Dr. Horstien is great, I trust him, he is gentle and kind. Very empathetic to your needs. And the staff is on point and perseve. Im home resting after a early morning injection 💉 to my knee. Dr Horstien also did a hip surgery on my right hip 2024. He just an amazing Doctor
Very friendly and efficient
very good experience except for one minor issues. My appointment was 7:00 a.m. all your information says to arrive 15 minutes early. your office doesn't open till 7:00 a.m. I was lucky enough to find the doctor in the hallway and he let me in and they registered me. The message needs to be consistent.
We were able to schedule an appointment on a Sunday online for Monday morning. They took my son back promptly on arrival for his x-ray. Dr. Horenstein told us right away that what we thought was a sprained ankle was actually an avulsion fracture of his fibula. He was fitted for a boot that day. It was a tough diagnosis for an athletic teenager. But I’m so thankful he was seen right away and didn’t do further damage by walking around without a boot.
