What a great concept! Focus on a few things you're great at and you will succeed. This is what Hoppy Gnome is doing. Their tacos as made from scratch and very tasty. Beer selection is nice, not your typical domestics. The best part about this place is the service and how they "handled" our kids. We took a risk visiting with our 1 year olds who would rather walk around than sit.
