Hopewell replaced our furnace a few years ago and did an excellent job then. So naturally we called them when our AC stopped working Sunday night during the heatwave, we didn't view it as an emergency, so scheduled for Monday. Of course they had to order the part, but it was due in the next day. Within 45 minutes of the part arriving they were here installing it!
Awesome job! Very quick response and very professional! Thank you for restoring our heat with our new furnace. AC goes in tomorrow!
Well When you send unqualified people out to a repair (Technician admitted he doesn't know how to work on Humidifiers) Would you pay the trip charge? What do you expect. Please read my review on YELP Tried to resolve issue with the Owner Tim, He refuses to call. I disputed the credit card charge and repaired the problem myself. They offered to refund trip charge.
