absolutely wonderful!!!! woke up with no heat with four kids and new puppies I needed heat! he walked me through on the phone to try to troubleshoot the issue, and it's working now, also the nicest man ever. he even did a follow up call to make sure everything was still working.... thank you so much ❤️
Came home from work on a Friday evening cold house. Furnace not functioning properly. Answering service communicated my problem clearly to technician. Adam arrived within half hour of call and explained in detail what caused malfunction. Provided excellent service and replaced part and made sure furnace continued to operate properly before leaving. Prompt, courteous and reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
No heat over night, called Hopewell Heating and air. They came right out first thing, fixed the problem and was charged a very, very reasonable rate. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
Hubby called this morning , and 15 minutes later Zack arrived. He was able to fix our 20 year old AC unit and top off the refrigeration coolant in record time! He even repaired, what my hubby took a part , with a smile. He was professional , courteous , very knowledgeable, efficient and very reasonably priced. You could not ask for a better, more knowledgeable, and caring group of folks. I had two separate companies come out to take a look at my ground source heat pump and after a 3rd no showed I gave Hopewell a call. (In hindsight I should have called them first) Not only did they have Kevin come out that same day I was no showed by a competitor but they worked with me not only in properly diagnosing the problem but also in getting me up and running. Tim and Dylan were out today to install a nee gas line. They were on time, courteous, and fast! Tim took the time to explain all of what was going to happen, then they went to work! They are coming back to hook up my heater when it is ready, but I would certainly recommend these guys for any work to be done!
A few years ago, we decided to upgrade to a geo-thermal heat pump system. The folks at Hopewell got us set up with the new system without any problems. Since then the service has been second to none.
