Just came in for a scheduled new appointment at 9 am came in at 10 minutes until my appointment time, and the lady at the front desk tells me someone else was scheduled in. That I don’t have an appointment and someone called and left me a message. No one called me and it sounds like someone didn’t schedule their appointments properly. I will try someone else I have great insurance

anything you need to have done,, this whole staff is great. i used to be scared of the dentist, im not any more, this is the best dentist i ever had, he did not hurt me once and everyone is so kind and you can tell that they all really care.... I would give them 5 stars or 5 thumbs up, i would not hesitate to go see them again anytime and they will work with ya and help ya anyway they can ... Great dentist and staff and ty for my smile back!!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Carter's for a little over a year. As a patient who was terrified of dentists and having dental procedures done, Dr. Carter and his staff met me where I was with my fear and transitioned me into a patient who actually enjoys going to the dentist! Wonderful practice, staff and dentist. I highly recommend this practice to any and everyone looking for a dentist/staff that are competent and caring.
They are so polite and professional! Would highly recommend them.
