I am the executor of my mother's estate and a coffin that was purchased from Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation was not used and the family would like to seek reimbursement for what was paid on the coffin which amounted to around $5300.00. When I called about reimbursement, the owner said it would take a long time to save up that much money to give me a check. A month went by and no check.
