Ordered a Grave marker 3 years ago and it has yet been placed. I keep getting different excuses but honestly after 3 years there's no excuse. They basically stole the money. If you didn't produce an item then it's THEFT at this point. My brother died in 2021 and THEY buried him. So how you don't know the cemetery he is in is WILD. At this point it's just time for legal action. Noone should be allowed to just take consumers money and not produce the product.
