My puppy passed unexpectedly today and every, single staff person I encountered was fantastic!! Because I’ve only had her for a few short months, she was only seen there once. This visit was also a pleasant, very welcoming experience. I just want to thank the staff and my vet for the expedient, thorough and extremely compassionate treatment my family and I received during this difficult time.
All our pets go here and they (the pets) all love Dr. Dailey. He is so gentle and always talks to the pets to keep them calm
They are all really nice and have always been great with my cat. Dr. Ladell is fantastic, upfront honest and tells you everything before they do it.
I have been using Sajo for my pets needs for about 15 years. The staff has ALWAYS been welcoming kind and considerate. The Veternarians, vet techs and everyone welcomes you just as much as your pet. They do not discriminate on breeds. I've taken Pit Bulls and seen several being treated there never an uncaring feeling. I've seen the compassion of the staff when they've called a pet parent to pick up the cremated remains and they displayed caring, loving compassion over the phone. Great care for my Mini White Schnauzer They do a great job with grooming. I've also boarded her on the occasion that I rare occasion that I don't have anyone to take care of her when I am out of town.
