I am extremely irritated with Hope Springs. I have a 9 am appointment, called to let them know i was outside at 8:53. I did the online form and at 937 i am still sitting in my car waiting. They open at 8. How are they so behind already. No call no nothing. I understand with curb side things can be tricky, bit this is ridiculous. Someone did just come out.... and ask for the wrong dog. Im leaving now.

They’ve been taking care of our new puppy who unfortunately got sick. I was a wreck and they eased my worries every step of the way! Linda especially was amazing as well as Dr. Johnson! I can’t wait for him to come home and I can’t thank them enough!

Linda is an amazing dog groomer!!! We’ve been seeing her for 2 years now And she goes above and beyond to make sure my Labre doodle Maddie is Professionally groomed. very patient, polite, and knowledgeable. i love that they arent rushed. i can ask as many questions as i need without feeling like im holding them up. ladies at the front counter are very nice and professional.
