I don't like it here at all I hate getting shots.
I just recently switched my children to Hope's. Today was our first time there and our experience was wonderful! It was so refreshing seeing a staff that seems to genuinely enjoy what they do! So glad I made the switch :)
I give them 0 stars, but am forced into at least 1. Very disappointed with the customer service I received by the office manager. I will be switching my child to a different doctor due to her rude treatment. I have never been delinquent with my bill. And due to the treatment they have now lost all my business.
The new doctor, Dr C is just not kid friendly. My appointment was at 3:20 it's not 4:53 and she has not yet been in. I wish I could give 0 stars.
