On August 17th my son had his 12 month check up where he was to receive 3 vaccines. MMRV, Pneumococcal 13, and Hep A. I received a call from the nurse manager at Hope’s two days later informing me that the nurse assistant who administered these vaccines made a mistake and gave him two Pneumococcal 13 vaccines instead of a Hep A. My daughter got her shots today and the lady took the needle out an then stuck with me the needle. It was an accident but I mean she really poked me.. she wasn’t paying attention at all.. I know it was from my daughter but it shouldn’t have happened. Also I told them I was moving to a different state next month and they got really rude with me. this wait time is crazy nurses aren't friendly and they can be very rude 😠😠
No don’t recommend!! Ridiculous they sit around talking while people wait 45 minutes in a room.. ridiculously long waiting periods!!! Unreal😡😡
I absolutely love hope! Dr c is amazing. I'm glad I made the switch. only issue I have is with one Dr. and he will NEVER see any of my kids again.
I did (and will continue to do) everything in my power to make sure that office did/does not see my child.
The nursing staff wasn't great. One of the nurses held my newborn infant by balancing her belly down on her forearm while adjusting her diaper. Another nurse who was their supposed lactation specialist was it complete Nazi with her directions. None of which was helpful. The same nurse also made horrible comments when I declined multiple injections for my child. She told me I had to sign all these declination forms to in her own words, say it's not their fault when my child dies. That's actually what she said. My child is now... read more
