There are good doctors here, but the nursing staff leaves something to be desired. The last time that we went, my four year old needed a lead test and two shots. No biggie, we've done this lots of times before. But the nurse (I wish I had her name, but I don't) was so mean to him about the finger stick (because he wasn't bleeding enough) that he was already crying before the shots!
