I met Michael in 2021. I was in crisis because my boyfriend that I lived with, passed away suddenly and my old therapist had left her practice a week before he died. I got a referral and called Michael immediately. He got me in that same week. If it weren't for Michael, I am sure that I would have not made it through this tragedy. Mike and Rehka have helped me in ways that words cannot describe. I didn’t know what EMDR therapy was or that it even existed, but through that and Mike’s expert guidance I can now live my life free from anxiety and guilt that I had been unknowingly carrying for decades.

I have been seeing Mike for a couple years now, and he has been amazing from day one. With his guidance, I have been able to work through multiple traumatic experiences and develop tools to help with my anxiety and remaining issues from those experiences.
