I have been going to Hope Counseling for a few years now. Therapy has helped me tremendously. I have tools I need to understanding myself better & to recognize bad patterns that often lead me to desperate and desperate state. Rheka has been a comfort. Her wonderful husband Mike always as a smile and a wave when I see him. He too has helped some many others find their way and is very compassionate about his clients. I met Michael in 2021. I was in crisis because my boyfriend that I lived with, passed away suddenly and my old therapist had left her practice a week before he died. I got a referral and called Michael immediately. He got me in that same week. If it weren't for Michael, I am sure that I would have not made it through this tragedy. Mike and Rehka have helped me in ways that words cannot describe. I didn’t know what EMDR therapy was or that it even existed, but through that and Mike’s expert guidance I can now live my life free from anxiety and guilt that I had been unknowingly carrying for decades.
