Today I brought my child to this indoor playground. A front desk staff member spoke very unfriendly to my child and criticized him, leaving him standing alone and scared. When I approached, she would not allow my child to explain and instead complained to me. Although I said I would address the issue and fully cooperate, she suddenly became angry and yelled at me. This is a children’s place. Staff should contact parents or gently remind children, not intimidate or criticize them. This experience was very upsetting.
Kid loves it. Charging per adult is insane and seems like a money grab. Just raise your price per kid. Rude and pushy service. Not coming back
This place is terrible, and the treatment is awful. Adults are forced to pay to wait on their children during playtime. It's a place devoid of the spirit of childhood and childlike innocence; money is all that matters to the owners. It's a very harsh policy to force me to pay to wait on my child, and I can't refuse because my son is already inside and sees the other children playing. This is exploitation. I wish I had a higher platform to criticize this failed system.
We recently hosted a birthday party here, and the kids had a wonderful time. While there was some confusion around billing on the day of the event, management was responsive and resolved the issue by issuing a refund. I appreciate their willingness to review the situation and make it right. Thank you for addressing the concern professionally. My suggestion to future customers is to clearly confirm all pricing and policies in writing beforehand. Overall, the experience was good once the matter was addressed.
