Diamond Central Hoover's Jewelers has always been a family business. In the beginning, we were started by Herb and Bunny Hoover, who opened the first store in North Platte back in 1930. My father Bonny soon joined them, working as a watchmaker and bench jeweler.When things got so busy that Herb and Bunny needed help on the sales floor, Dad stepped in, and the rest is history.
