Linda and her staff provide some of the best customer service I have ever received! I love going into the store and hearing them welcome me by my name! They truly care about their customers and they make sure their customers are happy, not only with service but with the products they sell. Linda and Stacy went above and beyond to help me with my engagement ring and I couldn't be happier. I will be doing all of my jewelry shopping at Hoovers!

Fantastic!!! They were so willing to spend a lot of extra time with my fiancé to help him find the perfect ring for me! He greatly appreciated working with them and for all the time they invested into helping him, and we are so glad he chose them to work with! Plus I LOVE my ring! It is absolutely gorgeous!
