RecommendedIf you are looking for very good southern soul food, this place is perfect
The food was great. But I was very uncomfortable after the host sat a very loud obnoxious guy directly next to my son & I. He was disturbing the servers & saying things to get our attention. I feel the manager should have asked him to leave. He was very rude the atmosphere seem in disarray because of him. I am visiting from out of town for UT family weekend trying to enjoy lunch but had to pack my food up to leave it was THAT BAD the surroundings.
When ever I get the chance I Love coming here for all my favorite comfort foods and seeing my Hoover Family!!

Sweet potatoe pie if theyvstill have it. Inworked there in 1999 and it was an amazing place to work and a great place to work. I felt like the people that came in to eat were lke family.

Tried Hoover’s tonight absolutely delicious! Food is prepared when you order. Belinda had a margarita it was great!
The best home cooked meals. The desserts are to die for. Check out that BlackBerry cobbler. Always friendly and courteous staff.
