I was skeptical that I’d have positive results, as I’m sure many people have when starting their treatment. I had no previous experience with laser therapy. But was in terrible knee pain when hiking, my passion sport, especially when walking downhill. I even had to walk sideways to limit the pain. My experience with Hoover Spine and Joint Center has been very positive! Dr. Smith explained every step of my treatment and more importantly , he listened to me and answered my questions so that I understood. I’m in much less pain now because of his treatment.I highly recommend him. His staff is great also !

Buyer beware! This people are not very honest how they handle their business. He sounded like a used car salesman trying to get me to do all this laser, I declined, he charged me a co-pay for 22 treatments upfront. He charged the insurance company for a $50 brace that he said I needed $1,450. I was not about to be part of that ripoff, and the fact that he was treating me for my spine and I had gone there with a hip pain. So I decided to stop the treatments because I wasn't progressing. Thanks to Hoover Spine and Joint, I’m able to get back to doing things I need to do. I started my treatment about 6 weeks ago for lower back pain and severe sciatica. With a very comprehensive and thorough treatment program I am seeing tremendous results with Dr. Smith. I love Hoover Spine and Joint Center. Je Anne and Dr. Smith are nice people and very flexible. Dr. Smith has helped with my back pains a ton. The lasers are a must, it’s worth it!
