I’m fairly new to this area so I did my due diligence and looked at the reviews of several nail shops in my area and settled on a few. The first two I stopped at had an hour wait, Hoover nails was going to be my last stop but my 3rd time was a charm! I walked in and was greeted immediately and offered a drink, I waited only 15 minutes (mind you I walked in at 5:30) a few minutes later I was in a chair and asked what I wanted done. Took my two daughters to get their nails done. They were so very friendly and gentleman at the front desk did such a good job of explaining things answering our questions, and making sure we got exactly what we wanted/needed. My older daughter wanted a design and the tech did a GREAT job! She got complimented on it when we walked into Ulta - we will definitely be coming back here. It is such a lovely place everyone is so kind the services are amazing!!
I waited until after I visited here three times to do a review. The staff treats you like you're a regular customer as soon as you walk through the door. All the staff are very nice and professional. I've had different staff each time I've visited and I received the same high quality service each time. The owner or manager, not sure which, inspected my nails himself to check the quality of the work done. He saw a small speck that I didn't see and it was redone right then.
