Went to Hoover Nail & Spa for the first time on Saturday for an acrylic fill and gel design. The initial design I had done I did not love but I have a hard time speaking up and expressing when I dislike something so I left with the nails I had and was upset with my results. I did end up calling them on Sunday and explaining my situation and Tin was incredibly kind and understanding and set me up with an appointment to come in and get my nails redone. Top Rated Reviewer Gotta hit up this new bar scene! Any salon that offers mama a glass of winemid-day is my new hang!!! But did I menton the WARRANTY? Yes queens! They will fix your mess, FOR FREE. It has to be within a week, but still. No other salon is doing this. I got gel toes with the Deluxe massage and dipped fingers . I didn't have any polish on either set of nails when I got there and the total came to $118. This seems on track for these services. And were they perfect? YES & YES.
