Had lunch at Hooters, Pasadena, Texas and was served by a very sweet, and very attractive young lady named Kodi. I had a delicious lunch with a friend and we both enjoyed the experience very much. The food was delicious, the service unsurpassed, and the atmosphere perfect. I have been a customer of Hooters Pasadena since the grand opening of the store, and will continue to be. Well done, Hooters! 5 Stars!
When we walked in, we were seated right away. That pretty much means this location was not very busy. Our waitress, Crystal greeted us and throughout our experience, she was the best part of the night. She took our order in a very timely manner. After about 15 minutes from us placing our order, a gentleman came in that had neck tattoos (saying this just because we don't know his name and he comes into play here in a few). My son and girlfriend go quite often to Hooters, and enjoyed the food and service. Thanks to my visit on Mother's Day I do not. It took 30 minutes for us to be seated, and then the waitresses couldn't decide who was going to take our order for the next 30 minuted. The drink orders were wrong. We asked for an appetizer and the waitress said we could get fried mushrooms. 30 minutes later the manager comes to let us know they no longer has fried mushrooms. NICE EXPERIENCED FOR THE SECOND TIME, FIRST IN HAWAII
While sitting here and watching Astros game the manager Vinnie comes over and changes the channel. We are in the 6th inning so not much longer to go. The Rockets are coming on and I'm aware we are in the playoffs. But not all the Tv's change to the Rockets. So he tells me to watch the Tv that's completely across the place. Mind you, I have been here since the Astros started their game at 7pm. It's now830. This is the worst service I have ever received at this place. By the way.
