The Waitress was constantly checking her phone and not helping the customers

The service was great and Val was the best .and the D.Manager Arthur Williams jr. The restaurant was very professional I would recommend this store to everyone . Love this place! !!
Service sucked very slow even asked for the manager 4 times before she showed up
