We were in a party of 20. Unfortunately, we only had one waitress who seemed to struggle between our table and the tables she had prior to our arrival. This made plenty of people at our table frustrated as the food nearly took an hour and a half to get to us. It wasn't her fault. She needed help, and it seemed like she was struggling and no one was helping her. Took awhile before the manager was called in and complained to. When I got there I immediately got seated.. but I waited 50mins to get 20 wings and order of fries. When they finally took them they were cold!! Like if the waitress had forgot to bring it out... ugh!! Ooohh!!! And just when I was coming out the door to leave I seen two big rats.... idk that made me never go back again. Eww.
