Had to call over the manager to at least get our drink order. We sat there for over ten minutes with girls walking by and not one said a word. The manager had to assign a waitress to even get our order placed. Always loved the food, but due to such bad service don't know if we ever be back.

Well since Facebook asked me to write a review...lets see. I'll give our waitress Hailey a pass for not knowing anything bc it was only her 4th day on the job. We waited a long time for our food only for my husband to find a long string of blond HAIR in his not so well done burger. Good, friendly service in a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Wings exceptional as always.
Unfortunately Hooters has become so bad. The food is ok, but the service is really bad. Yesterday in the restroom I found a toilet paper roll hanging on the coat holder on the back of the door. Although I find a little humor in this, the bathroom itself was dirty. 2 weeks ago we waited 15 minutes to get a beer, ordered another round which sat on the bar for another 15 minutes. I've always been a big fan of the food at Hooters, and again we weren't disappointed by the food! Our service however was the worst I've received in a long long time! Our server was new, I understand, everyone has to learn! My problem is after getting the manager to come over and get our drinks, because she truly was overwhelmed. After being seated it took 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken and an additional 15 for our food order. The place was a little dirty and not enough girls. Only reason why we got any help is because the GM was notified. I use to enjoy going to this location but I think I'll pass and go to another location for now on.
