Awesome experience our waitresses was Celesta she was AWESOME AND HOTTTT! The manager was also very helpful and attentive to the customer the game was on every tv we will definitely be back!

I walked in behind a wedding party that was attempting to be seated. 20 guests in a hlaf empty resturaunt. I understand a size that large may need to reserve seat, and end the end they were told it would be a half hour to a full hour to be seated. They declined and i was next in line at the hostess stand. If you have 2/3 to spare waiting on your food then go here! Second time trying lesson learn. Will never go back. Lacking good management....Brought a manager from their Galveston location definitely need to find someone that can improve the service! Every time I go there to deliver food I get starred at like I did something wrong or they don’t like me and they don’t tip me and I’m always nice so yeah I stopped eating here because of that.
Our experience wasn t good as food was a very long wait on getting it and when id did come , burger was good but fries were very stale and cold , left most of fries , waitress was nice and friendly , we asked for manager after meal and she talked to us , explained what happened and apologised for food , made us feel satisfied with her explantion , good manager , sometimes thuings go wrong and i understand and an explanation goes along way , manager made it to where i ll give them another try
I stopped by this location and loved my experience. We had Hailee as our server and she was AMAZING. The GM Nadi was awesome and really outgoing. The food was spectacular. Let’s just say I left with a calendar and some new merchandise.
I never had this bad experience with hooter in my life for 10 years now I just went to the restaurant I get my pick up order when I got home I open the French frise look soooo bad and I open the chicken box I found the 10 piece wings had a white stuff on it & chicken feathers on all the wings I have pictures too for my Order I went back talk with a manger she was soooo niece I show her my order and she offered me new meal but I ask her to get my money back cuz I'm really through up 2 times after I eat the first wing with fea... read more
